Gosaikunda is a holy lake located in the south of Langtang valley . There are also two other big lakes nearby and many more around the area. Every year on full moon night of August, thousands of peoples especially Hindu pilgrimages visit the lake to take bath & change their sacred thread for a year.
And so on hundreds of Shamans also visit the lake to pay their homage to Mountain god Shiva. Breathtaking panaromic mountain views and variety of birds will be visible along the way.
