Bhutan is a peaceful and secure country in South Asia. The main motto of the Bhutanese is Gross National Happiness. Two-thirds of the country is covered by forests. So Bhutan is considered to be the happiest and only carbon-negative country in the world. Despite being a small country, Bhutanese are richer socially and culturally. As Bhutan is a Buddhist country, innumerable monasteries, palaces and forts have been built everywhere. Among them, Tiger Nest Temple near the capital is a special attraction for tourists. Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan, is a plastic-free city where even traffic lights are not used. They are quite friendly and great for hospitality.
