One can train following ways for trek as per his/her accessible,

  • Weekly minimum once or twice hiking with backpack,
  • Hike on the up & down trail is far better,
  • Climbing up & down at staircase, running and jugging outside,
  • And one can do yoga ,Skipping and other physical exercises ect.

Its quite wise to do pre-training for mountain trek anywhere. Then one can fully enjoy the trek.
