It is important to have the right equipment with you or else you may run the risk of discomfort or may even have to shorten your trekking. Please find below a comprehensive list of trekking equipment. High-quality trekking gear is difficult to get in Nepal, so if you are coming from abroad, don’t depend too much on a local purchase. Following trekking equipment is just a checklist it is not necessary to bring everything that is listed below. Use your own experience and judgment to make your decision. - 1 Light wind & waterproof jacket
- 1 Inner sleeping sheet

- 1 Refillable water bottle
- 1 Pair gaiters/over trousers
- 1 Pair sports shoes or sandal
- 2 Pairs of lightweight trousers

- Warm down fibre filled jacket.
- 1 Sleeping bag to-15 c with inner sheet
- Thermal underwear, woollen shirts and thick sweaters.
- Flannel shirt.
- Beanie with ear flaps.
- A pair of gloves.
- Snow glasses and strap.
- Snow gaiters.
