- Pre hiking training is much more helpful
- Always remember to bring warm hiking gears
- Make your daypack light & comfortable
- Slow and steady walk during the trek
- Drink enough water and liquids
- Stay away even with domestic animals, don’t try to touch them
- Taking excessive photos is also not a good idea, one may be exhausted due to overtiredness
- A heavy camera is not advisable, it’s really harder to carry all day.
- Don’t stop at landslide and slope areas,
- Take an inner (safe) side while you encounter animals, Porters on the way,
- Keep your body warm at a higher altitude
- Avoid the cold and hard drinks at a higher altitude
